new clients : php 2,000 max, up to 5 days dop

returning clients (have 4 - 5 transactions on me) : php 5,000 max and up to 10 days dop.

trusted clients (a good payer and always pay on time plus have 15+ successful transactions with me) : flexi amount and negotiable dop and rates.
